Client Accounts Specialist

I’m Maddie, and I was born and raised in Woodbury, Minnesota. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry while competing as a collegiate soccer player. Being both a student and an athlete shaped my ability to stay organized, resilient, and grounded under pressure.  My background in healthcare operations and client support has shown me how meaningful behind-the-scenes roles are in creating a positive experience for people seeking care. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to ensure that billing, accounts, and communication feel clear, supportive, and stress-free from the very first interaction.  I believe that organization, patience, and compassion can go hand in hand. Through my role, I strive to create a smooth and welcoming experience so clients and clinicians alike can focus on what matters most.

Hi, I’m Vivian. I was born and raised in Miami to Cuban parents and earned my bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Miami. With over 15 years of administrative experience supporting corporate environments across a variety of industries—including overseeing daily office operations—I have enjoyed using my skills and dedication to help management teams enhance organizational efficiency. I am known for my proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to building positive working relationships.

On a personal level, I am known for being kind, patient, empathetic, and a great listener. A lifelong hobby of mine has been incorporating physical fitness, particularly strength training, into my daily life, and I have experienced the long-term physical and mental health benefits it provides. I also have a strong interest in self-care and emotional healing, whether through therapy, sound, meditation, or spirituality. I believe that our thoughts have a powerful influence on our well-being, and that maintaining an optimistic outlook can support the body’s natural healing process.

At Ocean Psychology Group, we are dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering a more inclusive approach.
